erinwritesmagic book coaching Fulfillment Policy for Payments via Stripe® 

These policies explain to users how erinwritesmagic book coaching fulfills orders and payments made via the payment processor Stripe. 

The following terminology applies: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person using this website and subject to erinwritesmagic book coaching terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “I,” “me,” “my,” all refer to Erin Michelle Gibes and any other representative of erinwritesmagic book coaching. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment required in order to serve the Client and meet their needs in with regard to erinwritesmagic book coaching’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to US federal law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, should be taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. 

Fulfillment Policy 

At erinwritesbookcoaching, I take client satisfaction very seriously. It is my highest priority. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about my delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to refunds for services purchased from erinwritesmagic book coaching. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for a refund. Services are billed and refunded in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery Policy 

At erinwritesmagic, I sell book coaching, editing, and creative consulting services. I deliver my services to clients via email, video calls via zoom, and occasionally through third party apps like Google Docs, Trello, Notion, etc.

Refunds 

I may offer a refund in the following conditions: 

  • If the service has not been performed at all during the term of our contract. 

Exceptions 

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, I may refuse to grant returns or refunds if: 

  • You received book coaching, editing or creative consulting services, but changed your mind about the service.

  • You did not like your book coaching, editing or creative consulting services after receiving it and paying for it.

  • You missed or cancelled your book coaching, editing or creative consulting service appointment after paying for it, and did not reschedule within three months of the initial appointment.

Return Policy 

At erinwritesmagic, I sell book coaching, editing, and creative consulting services. No returns can be made but in some circumstances I offer refunds. My refund policy has been explained above.

How to make a complaint 

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to erin@erinwritesmagic.com stating your complaints. Refunds are issued at my discretion and you claim may be accepted or rejected.
